Dr. Erica Kroncke is a Northeast Wisconsin native who never strayed far from home. She earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. She returned to the Medical College of Wisconsin to achieve her fellowship in sports medicine and work with many types of athletes.
Dr. Kroncke’s expertise in orthopedics and sports medicine will benefit patients of all ages and levels. Her specialties lie in non-surgical treatment of acute and chronic injuries (including sports and work injuries), musculoskeletal ultrasound, multiple types of injections including cortisone, fracture care, arthritis treatment, performance enhancement and injury prevention.
She was the former medical director of the Fox Cities Marathon and has worked with a number of local high schools. As a previous multi-sport and collegiate athlete, Dr. Kroncke shows an empathetic approach to her patients, working with them to create goals and a treatment plan. Patients can expect to receive the same level of care that Dr. Kroncke would provide for herself or her family.
In her free time, Dr. Kroncke enjoys outdoor sports and recreational activities, traveling, photography and spending time with her husband and two young children.
My main goals include helping patients heal, making sure they have less pain, improving their ability to function and meeting their goals.
