Telemedicine appointments (online meetings with our OSMS doctors) are currently available for established patients who have been seen within the last six months. Examples of telemedicine appointments include rheumatology follow up appointments or orthopedic post-op appointments. Our goal is to expand the use of telemedicine in the future.

We’ve taken steps to ensure your telemedicine appointment with your doctor is safe and secure. Each doctor will determine which appointments will qualify for telemedicine.

If you have any questions about your recently rescheduled or upcoming appointment, and if it qualifies for telemedicine, please contact our office at 920-430-8113.

A telemedicine appointment is an online, virtual meeting with your OSMS doctor. You and your doctor will be able to see and talk to each other through video calling. To join your virtual appointment, you will need access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone, tablet or computer. For the best experience, join on a smartphone or tablet.

Please watch the applicable video tutorial below so you understand how to connect to your appointment. We ask that you click the link and join the appointment up to 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you are prepared.

When you join the meeting, make sure your camera and microphone are enabled. Also, if your device asks, allow Cisco Webex Meetings permission to both the camera and the microphone.

Your appointment is conducted through a program called Cisco Webex Meetings. Be assured that your security and privacy is one of our top priorities, which is why we chose this program. Webex allows us to take the necessary steps to ensure that your personal information and any discussions you have over video calling is secure.
