Peter Eggert MD is currently seeing patients in
Fox Valley and Oshkosh.
An Appleton native, Dr. Peter Eggert received his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. After medical school, Dr. Eggert found his way back to Wisconsin to complete his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he then acquired his fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. During his time at UW – Madison, Dr. Eggert had the opportunity to provide medical care for the Wisconsin Badgers football team.
Board certified and sports medicine fellowship trained, Dr. Eggert treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions in all ages and specializes in fracture care, total joint replacements, knee and shoulder arthroscopic reconstruction, ACL reconstruction, cartilage restoration, rotator cuff repairs, and more.
Dr. Eggert believes that the best part of his job is being able to encounter a problem and make an immediate impact on his patients’ lives. Getting his patients back to their physical goals is extremely rewarding to him.
In his free time, Dr. Eggert enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, golfing, fishing, traveling, skiing, and trail running.
