Jessica has worked in orthopedics for the last 22 years and says that the best part of her job is helping give her patients their quality of life back. She enjoys developing connections with patients throughout the phases of care and hearing how they enjoy time with family, travel, and complete life activities independently after surgery.

Megan strives to work interpersonally with her patients to develop a plan and keep them informed and involved in their treatment process. To Megan, the best part of her job is developing meaningful relationships with her patients, watching them reach the outcomes they set to achieve.

Being a Nurse Practitioner allows Katie to give more to her patients not only through more comprehensive care, but also through the opportunity to develop stronger relationships. To Katie, the best part of her job is seeing patients throughout the different stages of their condition, walking through the entire process of care with them.

Carissa enjoys helping patients achieve improved quality of life by explaining their diagnosis, discussing treatment options, helping to coordinate care, performing injections and assisting in surgery. Assisting in surgery allows Carissa to understand each patient’s individual case.
