Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS), a doctor-owned orthopedic, sports medicine, rheumatology, and pain management practice, has welcomed 13 physicians within the past two years to meet patient demand. As a result of this growth, and to further address patient needs, the OSMS Fox Valley Clinic in Neenah will be undergoing expansion.

“Currently, we are utilizing 75% of the space we had originally created when we built the Fox Valley Clinic in 2020,” explains Amy Seehafer, Chief Operating Officer at OSMS. “We built eight hallways, but at the time, only needed six, so the extra space was created with anticipation of continual growth for our Neenah Clinic”.

Construction of the additional space is set to begin on December 9, 2024, with completion tentatively set for February 28, 2025. The objective for OSMS is to begin using the extended physician dictation space and 12 patient exam rooms in the beginning of March of 2025.  

“Expanding exam room and dictation space will enable us to continue growth of all disciplines at OSMS – Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Rheumatology, Pain Management, and Spine – while satisfying and meeting the expectations of our patients,” describes Seehafer. “At OSMS, we strive to provide ready access to appointments for our patients. We hear from patients this is incredibly valuable, and this expansion will allow us to support that goal”.

As a supplemental modification to the OSMS Fox Valley Clinic, OSMS is also expanding its capacity for x-ray imaging. The additional x-ray room will be completed with brand new x-ray equipment, resulting in three outfitted x-ray rooms by January 2025. This update reflects OSMS’ dedication to updating and advancing their technology for patient experiences.
