A Neenah native, Dr. Marie Walker is a physiatrist, board-certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and completed her residency training at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Walker specializes in non-operative care of spine conditions and electromyography (EMG/NCS). Conditions that Dr. Walker evaluates include back and neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, spinal cord injuries, torticollis, myofascial pain, cervical radiculopathy, lumbar radiculopathy, thoracic outlet syndrome, and spasticity, among other conditions. Dr. Walker performs procedures including, but not limited to, EMGs, Botox for torticollis and spasticity, peripheral joint injections, carpal tunnel injections, trigger point injections, and bursa injections.

Dr. Walker believes that the best part of her job is helping people get back to the things they love, along with the goals they have set for themselves, whether it is to run a marathon or cook a meal without pain.

In her free time, Dr. Walker spends time with her family and enjoys traveling, hiking, skate skiing, and playing volleyball and tennis.

I accomplish this by listening to my patients’ concerns, educating them on their conditions, providing them with different options, and working with them to meet their goals.”
