Jason Klein MD
Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Klein graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and then received his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After his residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, he returned to Baylor College of Medicine to complete his Sports Medicine fellowship, where he worked with the Houston Astros and Houston Rockets. Dr. Klein practiced in Waco, Texas before joining OSMS in 2005. Dr. Klein is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
As an orthopedic surgeon with training in sports medicine, Dr. Klein sees and treats orthopedic and sports medicine conditions of all kinds including sports-related injuries, rotator cuff injuries, ACL injuries, and knee injuries, among many others. Procedures Dr. Klein performs includes total hip replacements, total knee replacements, PCL reconstruction, ACL revisions and reconstructions, patellofemoral surgery, anatomic and reverse shoulder replacements, shoulder arthroscopies and more.
Dr. Klein and his wife, Paris, have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth baseball, basketball, and football.
