As part of a fun contest, we asked our patients to share their unique stories about how OSMS helped them get back to doing what they love. Check out the patient-created videos and the winners and finalists below to see their inspiring stories.
1st Place: Lily
The 2019 1st place prize winner was Lily! Lily is back to being a normal, fun-loving kid; swimming and playing golf without extreme pain through her continued care for Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (infusion therapy).
2nd Place: Arnold
Arnold was the 2nd place winner!
Arnold is renewed with hope and back to his normal activities, including chainsawing, after OSMS performed a tendon repair that another doctor told him was hopeless.
3rd Place: Mike
Mike was the 3rd place winner!
Mike is back to water slides, hiking, chopping wood, golfing and more after his two rotator cuff surgeries, hip replacement and bi-lateral knee replacement, all performed at OSMS.

LuAnn’s Backstory
LuAnn is feeling young again and is back to keeping up with her grandson after her lateral total knee replacement done at OSMS.
Seth’s Backstory
After an ACL reconstruction performed by OSMS, Seth is back to playing intramural sports and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and rock climbing.
John’s Backstory
John has no pain and is back to doing “the jig.” He gave up his cane just three weeks after his hip operation performed at OSMS.
