A Neenah native, Nicole Goodman obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. After working as a nurse for six years, Nicole had the desire to expand her education so she could provide a higher level of care for patients. As a Nurse Practitioner, Nicole helps her patients navigate their injury, pain, and ailments by being a collaborative member of their care team. Nicole strives to ensure her patients understand their symptoms and works to help them understand what to expect through their entire care process. The best part of her job is being able to see patients in both the clinic and OR settings and being able to work as a team to help reduce pain and increase quality of life.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, spending time with her family, going up north, and doing outdoor activities like kayaking.

“When providing collaborative care to patients, it is imperative to ensure our patients understand and know what to expect before, during, and after their treatment. Navigating healthcare with an injury or pain can be overwhelming for patients, so approaching care as an active listener is an important step in achieving the patients’ desired outcomes.”
