As a Nurse Practitioner, Melissa strives to provide her patients with good education and interventions to help and guide them through their treatment processes. Melissa believes that the best part of her job is seeing people get back to the goals they set for themselves.

Jessica has worked in orthopedics for the last 22 years and says that the best part of her job is helping give her patients their quality of life back. She enjoys developing connections with patients throughout the phases of care and hearing how they enjoy time with family, travel, and complete life activities independently after surgery.

Beth became a Physician Assistant so that she could make a difference in her patients’ lives. Being there for her patients throughout all stages of their treatment process, before, during, and after surgery, along with building trustful relationships is one of the many things Beth loves about her job. She finds fulfillment in watching her patients get back to doing what they love and are passionate about.

Carissa enjoys helping patients achieve improved quality of life by explaining their diagnosis, discussing treatment options, helping to coordinate care, performing injections and assisting in surgery. Assisting in surgery allows Carissa to understand each patient’s individual case.
