By communicating this with our teams, we can ensure your employees’ work slip includes the light work their physician has approved for them to perform.

    • Option 2 is best to use if:
      • You have an employee that you’d like to send to OSMS and are unsure what provider the patient will see
      • You are sending a patient to our AIC and want to give a heads up to the OSMS team.
    • Please note: when talking to the triage nurse, they will capture the bare minimum information to get the patient seen
